In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the spenph platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the spenph Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules communicated within the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between the Player and spenph. If you are accessing spenph on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements stated herein.

Access to spenph real-money gaming features is subject to all of the following eligibility requirements being met simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing real-money gaming.
2. You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where access to spenph is legal at the time of each gaming session.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by spenph or PAGCOR.
5. You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, director, or officer of the Company, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Each Player may hold only one (1) spenph Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonus entitlements.

When registering an Account on spenph, the Player must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identity document;
• Date of birth confirming the Player is 21 years of age or older;
• Valid email address and Philippine mobile number;
• Current residential address within the Philippines.

Prior to accessing real-money features, depositing funds, or requesting any withdrawal, the Player must complete the spenph KYC verification process. This process requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or driver's licence) and, where required, proof of address.

The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws, PAGCOR requirements, or internal risk assessment procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of account activity and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their spenph Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. The Player must not share, disclose, or transfer account access to any third party under any circumstances.

The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the Player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access resulting from the Player's actions or negligence. The Player must notify spenph immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to their Account by contacting support at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat.

The Company reserves the right to suspend access to any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation, without prior notice to the Player.

All financial transactions on spenph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following general conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are specified within the spenph platform and are subject to change with notice to Players.
• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability.
• The Player may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as part of the Company's anti-money laundering controls.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts to GCash and Maya are typically processed within ten (10) minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.
• Deposits are final. spenph does not offer chargebacks on deposited funds. If you believe an error has occurred, contact the support team immediately.

spenph may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload incentives, and other promotional benefits to Players. The following general conditions apply to all spenph bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• spenph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred.
• The Company reserves the right to reclaim or void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds if the Player is found to have abused the promotion, used prohibited betting patterns, or otherwise violated these Terms.
• Failure to comply with wagering requirements within the specified period will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

All games available on spenph are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game's interface. By placing a wager, the Player confirms acceptance of the applicable game rules.

In the event of any discrepancy between displayed game results and the results recorded in the spenph platform's server logs, the server-side records shall be deemed definitive and shall take precedence in all disputes.

Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors during gameplay may result in bets being voided. spenph will, in good faith, endeavour to reconstruct interrupted sessions where server records permit and to credit or return funds equitably. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

All real-money games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages; individual session outcomes may differ materially from published RTPs.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on spenph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one spenph Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using spenph for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted play tools, or any technology that allows unattended or mechanically assisted betting;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the spenph platform;
• Engaging in matched betting or any strategy intended to systematically exploit bonus terms;
• Using payment methods that belong to a third party or using accounts held in a different name;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or age restrictions through VPN, proxy, or similar technology;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing spenph staff or other players.

spenph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides Players with the following tools, all of which are accessible from the Account settings dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts after specified periods of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary suspension of account access from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited self-exclusion closes the Player's account and prevents re-registration for the exclusion period. During exclusion, the Player will not receive promotional materials from spenph.

Gaming is for entertainment. If gaming is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, Players are encouraged to visit the spenph Responsible Gaming page and contact the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming helpline. All responsible gaming requests are handled with full confidentiality.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of Player personal data by spenph is governed by the spenph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the spenph platform, the Player consents to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR data governance requirements.

All content on the spenph platform — including but not limited to software code, game logic, graphics, trademarks, trade dress, logos, text, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Player is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the spenph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. The Player may not reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any spenph content without the prior written consent of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spenph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use of the spenph platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages outside the Company's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on game outcome information displayed with any delay due to connectivity issues.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to spenph in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spenph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Involvement in or suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• Regulatory or legal requirement;
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive calendar months.

On closure for breach or fraud, the Company may withhold or void the Player's balance. In all other cases, any remaining real-money balance (net of Bonus Funds) shall be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any applicable verification checks.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and spenph, the Player should first contact the spenph support team to seek an informal resolution. spenph will endeavour to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to the dispute resolution mechanisms available through PAGCOR where the dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

spenph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Players through a notice posted on the spenph platform or by email to the registered address associated with a Player's Account.

Continued use of the spenph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of their Account.

The version of these Terms displayed on the spenph platform at any given time represents the current governing version. The date of last update is indicated at the top of this document.
